SAFE DENTAL CARE FOR OUR COMMUNITY
Your oral health care team at Dentistry on Centrepointe is committed to your health and safety. At this point in time dentists in Ontario are under mandate of the Ontario Ministry of Health to perform all dental care. The Minister of Health has deemed it safe to provide health care under certain restrictions.
We reviewed and optimized our office protocols according to the Ontario Ministry of Health, Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, Ottawa Public Health, Public Health Ontario, and the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario so that we may reopen our clinic.
I am pleased to update you on the specific measures we are taking to assure you that your next visit with us will be a safe one.
We have acquired the necessary products to reduce the transmission of aerosols within our office. We have enhanced our already strict infection control measures for the protection of our patients and staff according to IPAC Canada.
We are fully aware going outside your home can cause concern. We share your concerns. The measures we have taken improve not only your safety but the safety of our team, our families and the community at large. We have a vested interest in maintaining the highest standards of care. We know when you visit us your mind will be put at ease. Below is a list of the new measures we have put into place. Patients themselves are now a big part of preventing transmission. We ask for your cooperation for the safety of everyone.
